Nexuswave Inc is seeking a skilled Information Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of computer systems and software.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
