Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Winston Hawthorne & Co. Immigration Corp is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee complaints and concerns, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits, manage compensation programs, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data, develop strategic plans to meet business needs, and make recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
