Human Resources Manager

Winston Hawthorne & Co. Immigration Corp is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee complaints and concerns, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer and manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Workforce Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development and growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
