Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution and maximum participation.
  • Manage work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Work Environment

Our Athletic Club operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
