We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Club Supervisor to join our team at R W Badminton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as monitoring quality and production levels. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting progress reports, requisitioning materials and equipment, and resolving work problems. Additionally, you will supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities
  • Monitor quality and production levels
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Requisition materials and equipment
  • Resolve work problems
  • Supervise mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Train staff in job duties and safety procedures

As a Club Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and for promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
