Job Title: Badminton Club Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Badminton Club Supervisor to join our team at R W Badminton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our badminton club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless experience for our members and guests.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards of service.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient operation.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient use.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, members, and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
