Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team at S I Systems. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing software currency remediation plans submitted by application teams for accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review software currency remediation plans for accuracy and completeness
  • Interact with application owners to understand deficiencies, risks, and assumptions within the plans
  • Collect status and any issues encountered during the execution of these plans
  • Raise issues to management teams or assist application teams in adjusting the plans
  • Track ServiceNow requests for decommissioning or record system management

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of project management and review of key milestone dates in plans
  • Ability to track given tasks and identify dependencies
  • Knowledge of computer and technical terminologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in MS Excel
  • Experience with a software currency program

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
