About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Hall Constructors. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing and submitting estimates for various civil infrastructure projects, including large scale excavation, highway and bridge construction, underground utilities, and site development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit estimates for civil infrastructure projects, including large scale excavation, highway and bridge construction, underground utilities, and site development.
  • Work closely with the estimating team to develop and maintain accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of estimates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members to ensure their professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating and project management for civil infrastructure projects.
  • Advanced understanding of estimating software and systems, including HeavyBid and Heavy Job (HCSS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
