About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Hall Constructors. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing and submitting estimates on behalf of our company. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit estimates for various types of construction projects
  • Collaborate with the estimating team, Chief Estimator, and VP of Estimating to ensure accurate and competitive bids
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Manage all aspects of estimating, including reviewing bid documents, measuring quantities, and procuring quotes
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating or a related field
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced understanding of estimating software and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
