About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Nam Thi Huynh. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Medication Management: Assist with medication administration and management.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 40 hours per week.
