Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales or account management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
