Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vannam Gas Bar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
