Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vannam Gas Bar.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash, credit card, and debit card payments.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide sales and product information to customers.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
