- Credibility and Integrity: Demonstrated credibility and integrity with the Corporation's journalists, the wider journalistic community, and the public.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Education and Training: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest journalistic standards and practices.
