Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at ARMANDO STYLE PAINTING & RENOVATIONS LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both interior and exterior painting, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Work is performed in various settings including outdoors, underground, at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to odours is common.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
  • Repair cracks and holes to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Mix paint to achieve the desired colour and texture.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages as needed.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to both interior and exterior surfaces.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with brush painting, conventional spray painting, and multi-ratio pump spraying.
  • Familiarity with patterned rollers and roller painting techniques.
Specialization
  • Wood finishing skills, including staining.
