We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Surgenor Automotive Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the profitable and successful operation of one of our dealerships in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of sales staff and managers to achieve sales targets and improve market share.
- Dealership Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dealership, including vehicle inventory management, wholesale interest charges, and used inventory management.
- Financial Management: Manage the dealership's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
