About the Role

Cégep Heritage College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the Cégep Heritage College Foundation. As the chief executive officer of the Foundation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to advance the Foundation's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support student success and the Foundation's mission
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community leaders
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Foundation's staff and volunteers
  • Ensure the Foundation's financial sustainability and growth
  • Collaborate with the Cégep Heritage College leadership team to advance the college's strategic goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a non-profit organization
  • Proven track record of fundraising success and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
