As a vital member of our Client Services - Single Manager team, you will collaborate with some of the industry's most skilled professionals to deliver award-winning services for intricate fund structures that our clients can rely on.
QualificationsAbout You:
- You possess a degree in Accounting or a Finance-related field and/or are pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
- You exhibit strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business processes, accounting, and allocation systems.
- You have 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services and/or the hedge fund sector.
- You demonstrate a genuine interest in financial markets and the hedge fund landscape.
- You possess proven leadership capabilities along with exceptional communication skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- You have at least 2 years of formal experience in people management or leadership roles.
- You can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize your time efficiently.
- You thrive under pressure in a demanding environment.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- You are open to business travel to engage with clients.

ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
As a Vice President within the Client Services team, your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining a thorough understanding of Citco's business lines and associated product/service offerings while identifying opportunities for relationship expansion through cross-selling.
- Effectively communicating clients' needs to various Citco business functions, operational, and support teams.
- Facilitating effective internal communication across all Citco business lines to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Leading strategic discussions with clients and negotiating service level agreements (SLA). Monitoring and managing client SLAs and operational deliverables.
- Staying informed about industry and regulatory developments, recognizing new growth opportunities.
- Building professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external stakeholders.
- Overseeing the integration of new clients and coordinating new launches for existing clients.
- Collaborating with the Client Services Management team to deliver presentations to current and prospective clients.
- Participating in and leading projects related to the ongoing evolution of the business.
- Analyzing client profitability and accounts receivables, addressing any negative trends.
- Working closely with the Operations team to identify process improvement opportunities and system enhancements aimed at reducing operational risk and increasing efficiency.
- Reviewing risk logs and supporting, coordinating, and communicating incident resolutions as necessary.
- Leading operational due diligence reviews and client visits.
- Preparing and presenting reports for Board of Directors meetings, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, and client scorecards.
- Conducting periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients.
- Maintaining client status, commentary, and updates in internal CRM tools.
- Providing training and supervision to Managers within the Client Services team.
