Support Operations Specialist

At Lyft, we're revolutionizing transportation and transforming cities. As a Support Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bikeshare system. You'll work closely with our engineering teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement process improvements, and drive system upgrades.

Responsibilities:
  • Triage and investigate technical issues related to our bikeshare system
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to provide support and guidance
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance
  • Install, configure, and monitor system components
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on system improvements
  • Support international partners in system configuration and training
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technology and customer service
  • Experience with distributed systems, databases, and ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to thrive in a startup environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French
