About the Role:
Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Aquaculture Site Manager based in Grand Manan, NB. This role reports to the Saltwater Production Manager and is responsible for leading the aquaculture farm to achieve established standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and proven experience in farming operations. They will be responsible for motivating staff, creating a positive and safe work environment, and exercising the necessary authority to ensure policies and procedures are followed. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and operating feed systems, mooring design and maintenance, and general maintenance on saltwater equipment, cages, and vessels.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong abilities in fish husbandry, experience with monitoring and operating feed systems, mooring design and maintenance, and general maintenance on saltwater equipment, cages, and vessels. They will also have strong supervisory and communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours outside and on the water.
