Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from young athletes to seniors, and help them achieve their movement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote optimal movement and function.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including Kinesiologists and Physiotherapy Assistants, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise Physiotherapy students and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Registration: Be a registered member in good standing with the provincial College of Physiotherapists in Ontario.
- Experience: Have experience treating clients in an outpatient setting, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
