Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from an accredited university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario - New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and reasoning.
- Continuously assess client progress and enhance quality of care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals within the clinic.
- Utilize electronic charting software for documenting treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skill enhancement.
