Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counselling to individuals with moderate to severe substance use with or without mental health concerns.
- Assess, treat, and provide service coordination for clients with complex needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
