About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store appearance
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store-wide initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
