Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our team at beBee Professionals in Mascouche, Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor department heads, promoting effective communication and teamwork to achieve organizational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, with a track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
