Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Management Specialist to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a key member of our ESG Strategy and Assurance team, you will work closely with senior leaders to advance our go-to-market activities and deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local, national, and international clients with challenging business needs, focusing on the mining/minerals supply chain.
  • Structure and guide work processes to design, implement, and improve enterprise-wide management systems, programs, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain a strong working and technical knowledge of critical mineral supply chain due diligence processes and related drivers.
  • Interact with clients at various levels, including corporate, division, and site levels, and support and deliver presentations, trainings, and workshop facilitation.
  • Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule expectations, ensuring quality standards on project deliverables.
  • Distil and analyze complex data, trends, and concepts into clear and concise takeaways and executive summaries.
  • Develop perspectives on demand drivers, integrated services to meet client needs, go-to-market campaigns, and proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Maintain and cultivate client relationships and represent a full range of ERM services by staying knowledgeable of trends in the environment, health, safety, and sustainability fields.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a hard science preferred.
  • Experience creating clear deliverables for audiences ranging from corporate executives to plant-level operators.
  • Direct experience developing and implementing corporate strategy, organizational design, and/or process optimization.
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization preferred.
  • Strong MS Office computer skills, with an advanced understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting tight deadlines, and traveling to clients as needed.
