Job Title: Managing Consultant, ESG Strategy and Assurance (Senior Level)

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management Consultant to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a senior-level consultant, you will work on a variety of challenging projects for clients across various industry sectors, with a focus on the mining/minerals supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project delivery and collaboration with senior members of ERM's commercial leadership to advance go-to-market activities
  • Supporting local, national, and international clients with challenging business needs
  • Structuring and guiding work processes to design, implement, and improve enterprise-wide management systems, programs, policies, and standards
  • Maintaining a strong working and technical knowledge of critical mineral supply chain due diligence processes and related drivers
  • Interacting with clients at various levels, including corporate, division, and site levels, as well as supporting and delivering presentations, trainings, and workshop facilitation
  • Managing multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule expectations, ensuring quality standards on project deliverables
  • Distilling and analyzing complex data, trends, and concepts into clear and concise takeaways and executive summaries
  • Developing perspectives on demand drivers, integrated services to meet client needs, go-to-market campaigns, and proposals for existing and new clients
  • Maintaining and cultivating client relationships and representing a full range of ERM services by staying knowledgeable of trends in the environment, health, safety, and sustainability fields

Requirements:

  • Fluent in either Spanish or French, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, hard science preferred
  • MBA
  • Strong MS Office computer skills, with an advanced understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting tight deadlines, and traveling to clients as needed
