Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Rupal Beauty Zone. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, supervising a team of staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Manage the spa's inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all spa facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the spa manager to develop and implement new services and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a spa or beauty salon environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of spa services and products.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
