Job Summary

Forest View Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric services, is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Shift Lead Tech to join our team. As a key member of our adult units, you will play a critical role in ensuring the clinical excellence, safety, and crisis management of our patient population.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor or Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily routines of patient care and supervision.
  • You will ensure the highest level of clinical excellence by providing direct support to patients and newly hired team members.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients, including managing crisis situations and providing emotional support.
  • You will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
