Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Estimate and Manage Food and Supplies

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the quantity of food and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet the highest standards of quality and excellence, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.

Manage Records and Reports

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting regular reports to management.

Establish Work Schedules

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Personal Suitability

Flexibility, team player, and strong communication skills

Work Environment

35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position
