Editorial Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Editorial Content Manager to join our team at Parul's Artbox Ltd. As an Editorial Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the publication process, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and Select Content: Assess the suitability of material for publication, making informed decisions on its significance and relevance to our audience.
- Content Planning and Layout: Plan and coordinate the layout or format of content according to space or time allocations, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presentation.
- Text Publishing and Editing: Publish text for distribution, detecting and correcting errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Event Planning and Coverage: Plan coverage of upcoming events and assign work accordingly, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Author and Staff Management: Negotiate royalties with authors and initiate payments to freelance staff, while also conferring with authors, staff writers, and others regarding revisions to content.
- Production Coordination: Plan and coordinate activities of staff, ensuring production deadlines are met and maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Marketing and Promotional Materials: Write or prepare introductions, marketing and promotional materials, bibliographic references, indexes, and other text to support our content strategy.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Language: The primary language of work is English.
