Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Controls Systems & Tools: Develop and implement systems to effectively manage project metrics.
  • Project Setup: Contribute to project initiation to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Scheduling: Manage scheduling activities to comply with project standards and timelines.
  • Progress & Cost Tracking: Evaluate project performance to maintain alignment with budget and schedule.
  • Scope & Change Management: Assist in managing project changes and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Risk Management: Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • People Management: Foster a positive workplace culture and oversee project controls team members.
  • Communication: Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • In-depth understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning, scheduling, financial analysis, and cost management.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project controls software.
