Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.

  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure that all necessary documents are completed.
  • Communication

Requirements
  • Education

  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
