Job Title: Senior Manager, Service Management

At PC Financial, we're committed to helping Canadians Live Life Well. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Service Management to join our team and drive the success of our No Fee Credit Cards Portfolio.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Service Management will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to improve the portfolio performance of our No Fee President Choice Mastercard credit cards. This includes collaborating with Credit Risk, Acquisition, Marketing, and other enterprise partners to champion and execute our annual plan to drive spending, lending, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business cases to support the prioritization of new initiatives, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational oversight.
  • Partner with credit risk to identify Account Receivable growth opportunities and ensure our credit limit strategies enable our desired outcomes.
  • Work with Finance to monitor performance and prepare accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Technology teams on new growth initiatives.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years' experience in Product, Marketing, or Business Development in the credit cards industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and a proven track record of implementing results.
