Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:
New Balance is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards. Maintain accurate inventory levels, process transactions efficiently, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work schedules, and store conditions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
