About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cabinetmaker's Assistant at NKB Cabinet Ltd. This is a permanent position that offers a 35-hour workweek and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to learn and receive training in the trade.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require physical stamina and endurance.
Language and Work Schedule
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
