Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Vault Senior Platform Engineer to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our digital initiatives, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation forward in our agile organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and configuring Veeva Vault platforms, with a deep understanding of RIM/QualityDocs operations business processes and how Vault supports these processes. You will work collaboratively with our team to design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems.
- Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
- Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience in developing and configuring in the RIM/QualityDocs space using Veeva Vault platform.
- Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of RIM/QualityDocs operations business processes and how Vault supports these processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Veeva Admin Certification.
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience with Veeva Vault RIM/QualityDocs.
- Agile Champion: Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., Java, C++, Python, R, SQL is highly beneficial.
