Veeva Vault Platform Engineer

About the Role
Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Platforms Engineer to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our digital initiatives, you will be responsible for driving the development, deployment, and integration of software platforms that support our business processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems.
- Monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions.
- Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience in developing and configuring in the RIM/QualityDocs space using Veeva Vault platform.
- Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of RIM/QualityDocs operations business processes and how Vault supports these processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Veeva Admin Certification.
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience with Veeva Vault RIM/QualityDocs.
- Agile Champion: Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
