Platform Engineer

Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our team. As a Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital initiatives forward, focusing on the development, deployment, and integration of software platforms that support our business processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems, enhancing data flow and business processes.
- Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
- Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Veeva Vault Platform Certified Administrator
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Veeva Promomats and MedComms at a life science company.
- Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of promotional content and scientific content, including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content.
- Deep technical knowledge in the integration of Veeva Vault Promomats/MedComms with Veeva CRM to automate the distribution of content to CLM and Approved Email modules in Veeva CRM.
- Deep technical knowledge in using Vault APIs, for example to integrate Vault with Adobe Experience Manager for web digital asset management, and Adobe Marketo for digital campaign management.
