Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on housekeeping operations, including staff performance and guest feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, including janitors, caretakers, and building superintendents.

  • Physically Demanding: Perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
