About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Surecare Industrial Tech Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
Preferred Qualifications
  • First Aid Certificate: Possession of a First Aid Certificate is an asset.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly.
