Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Worker to provide essential support to clients in their residences. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals requiring assistance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Optional live-in accommodation available at no cost, though not mandatory for employment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside and personal care to clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and bathing.
  • Encourage and assist in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Change non-sterile dressings as needed.
  • Support clients during meal times.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Accompany clients to various appointments and social events.
Certifications
  • CPR Certification.
