Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Load and unload dishes, utensils, and other items from the dishwasher and storage areas.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment by hand.
  • Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with food and supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
