About Our Kitchen Team

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our kitchen staff at Ce Soir Brasserie as a full-time dishwasher. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

As a dishwasher and kitchen team member, you will be responsible for washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as required. You will also be responsible for ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are kept clean and sanitary throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitary.
  • Sort and place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in their designated storage areas.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization of the dishwashing station and restock supplies as needed.
  • Perform cleaning tasks as required to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
