Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Shin Pangaea Enterprises Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
  • Serving It Right Certificate
  • Point of sale system experience
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods.
