Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Processing Lead to join our team in St. Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador. As a Processing Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash processing services, providing training and support to our cash processing staff, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to cash processing staff on procedures to ensure a successful operation
  • Coordinate cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Make daily reports to customers
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Monitor product quality and follow established procedures
  • Maintain inventory control of all production supplies/equipment used in cash processing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve processing problems
  • Recommend processing systems modifications to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency, and productivity

Requirements

  • Experience and/or knowledge of the cash services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly
  • Facility to organize and prioritize work activities
  • Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
  • Strong critical thinking and active listening
  • Available for days, evenings, and overnight shifts
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment with a great deal of physical movement required
