About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Aroma Optical Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice about merchandise and promote products, sales or services to customers
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts and estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Assist in display of merchandise and maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Provide customer service and greet customers to discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
