Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized service.
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their needs.
- Actively participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to create an engaging and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
