We are looking for a seasoned Workday Specialist to join our client's team, focusing on implementing and optimizing Workday solutions to streamline processes.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Lead configuration efforts for Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Canadian Benefits, and more.

- Support configurations related to Workday Payroll for Canada and Advanced Compensation.

- Maintain and update system configurations to align with business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test Workday solutions, ensuring proper security measures.

- Create and manage system reports and dashboards, addressing leadership's reporting needs.

- Respond to employee inquiries and troubleshoot issues in Workday.

- Evaluate and plan future enhancements to business processes within Workday.

- Keep user documentation up-to-date.


**Qualifications:**


- Current Workday Pro certifications in relevant areas (nice to have).

- 3-5 years of Workday HCM implementation or configuration experience.

- Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into system configurations.

- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and organizational efficiency.
