National Account Program Manager

We are in search of a skilled professional to become part of our corporate sales division as a National Account Program Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with fostering growth by securing new strategic clients and nurturing these partnerships to meet business volume and revenue objectives. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating internal resources to provide comprehensive logistics solutions and enhance value creation. Strong communication with clients and senior leadership is essential to ensure alignment and proactively address any challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new strategic client accounts to broaden the company's portfolio.
- Manage strategic clients to stimulate organic growth within existing business sectors and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Establish robust relationships with the management of strategic clients to ensure executive alignment.
- Remain updated on logistics market trends and provide industry expertise.
- Oversee a network of resources to ensure optimal service delivery and value creation for clients.
- Leverage internal resources to seize opportunities for value enhancement.
- Formulate and implement strategic business plans for clients in line with corporate objectives.
- Meet or surpass business volume and revenue targets for sustained growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison for promoting Kuehne+Nagel services and solutions across all operational areas.
- Conduct regular business review sessions and discovery meetings with clients to strengthen relationships.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding sector.
- Understanding of logistics processes, systems, and solutions.
